NIIT Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 20, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Authorization to Mr. Pankaj Mamtani to act as the Compliance Officer of the Company for the purposes of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Authorization to Mr. Rohit Gupta, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company as the Chief Investor Relations Officer of the Company for the purposes of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
