| NIIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 24,825 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on September 02, 2014. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 60,805,199 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 608,051,990/-. | |
