| NIIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 32,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on July 30, 2014. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 60,780,374 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 607,803,740/-. | |
