This is with reference to an article appearing in The Economic Times New Delhi Edition dated August 26, 2015, titled "L&T Infotech on the Prowl to Hire Top Guns Ahead of IPO" which mentions our Chief Operating Officer [COO) Mr. Sudhir Chaturvedi.<BR><BR>In this regard, NIIT Technologies Ltd has Clarified to BSE that Mr. Chaturvedi categorically denies the statements pertaining to him in the above-mentioned article and also clarifies that he has neither been approached nor is he interested in any open position at L&T Infotech.
