NIIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 25, 2015 to August 03, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 03, 2015, <BR><BR>If the Final Dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming Twenty Third Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday August 03, 2015, payment of such dividend shall be made on or before<BR>September 02, 2015.
