NIIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Pratibha K Advani, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, will be leaving the organization to pursue other opportunities. Her last working day is May 07, 2015. Her contribution has been valuable and the Company wish her success. In the interim till a new CFO is inducted Mr. Amit Roy will serve as the interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
