| NIIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 17, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3), subject to Limited Review by Auditors.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed till January 19, 2017. The Trading window will be opened after 48 hours of making the price sensitive information public. Accordingly, Directors/Designated Employees and any person who is connected or deemed to be connected directly or indirectly or through relative(s) are prohibited to deal in the securities of the Company during this period pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.<BR><BR>Further as per Regulation 30, 46 & Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, 2015, a conference call with Analysts and Institutional Investors has been scheduled after the Board meeting and details of the same will be disclosed on the website of the Company, www.niit-tech.com. | |
