Nimbus Foods Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to transact following business:<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers designated employees of the Company from October 27, 2015 to November 18, 2015 (both days inclusive).
