Nirlon Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014, which is the Price Sensitive Information as per the Code.<br/><br/>In view of the above, and as per the Companys Code of Conduct, the Prohibited Period i.e. November 03, 2014 to November 14, 2014. (Prohibited Period commence from 10 days prior to the Board meeting, and shall end after 24 hours from the time Price Sensitive Information is made available to the public through BSE / Companys Website/ Newspapers).
