| Nirlon Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has scheduled an Audit Committee and Board of Directors meetings on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Board of Directors of the Company will be considering various business items, inter alia, Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015, which is the Price Sensitive information as per the Code.<BR><BR>In view of the above, and as per the Company's Code of Conduct, we hereby notify the Prohibited period i.e. October 26, 2015 to November 07, 2015. (Prohibited period commence from 10 days prior to the Board Meeting, and shall end after 24 hours from the time price Sensitive Information is made available to the public through BSE/Company's Website/Newspaper). | |
