Nitco Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on August 03, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, the Non-trading period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Insiders covered under 'Nitco Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading' would commence from July 23, 2015 and continue till 48 hours after the results are made public on August 03, 2015.
