Nitco Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to this, the Non-trading period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Insiders covered under 'Nitco Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading' would commence from May 21, 2015 and continue till 24 hours after the results are made public on May 29, 2015.
