Nitco Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to this, the Non-trading period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Insiders covered under Nitco Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading would commence from August 06, 2014 and continue till 24 hours after the results are made public on August 13, 2014.
