| Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 12th Day of December, 2017 inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial statements for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Fair Trade Practices and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from the Opening of Trading Hours on Monday, 13th November, 2017 till the Close of Trading Hours on Thursday, 14th December, 2017 (Both days inclusive). <BR> <BR> Further, we submit that the Company has availed the relaxation granted by Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its Circular No.CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016 to submit the financial results in compliance with the above mentioned circular and to comply and adopt the IND-AS Rules as applicable.<BR> <BR> | |
