| Nitesh Estates Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2016 inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the of Code of Fair Trade Practices and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed FROM THE OPENING OF TRADING HOURS ON JANUARY 21, 2016 TILL THE CLOSE OF TRADING HOURS ON FEBRUARY 12, 2016 (Both days inclusive). | |
