With reference to the earlier letter dated June 13, 2014, July 02, 2014, August 05, 2014 and September 06, 2014 in respect of interim extension of tenure of Shri N. K. Nanda, Director (Technical), NMDC.<br/><br/>NMDC Ltd has now informed BSE that Ministry of Steel, Government of India vide its letter dated September 26, 2014 inter alia, has communicated that NMDC may follow the order passed by the Honble High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad on September 18, 2014 in Writ Petition No. 15103 of 2014 i.e. to continue the Petitioner in the capacity as Director of the respondent Board for six (06) weeks.<br/><br/>This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
