NMDC Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2014 to September 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, notice of the meeting is being posted to all the Members / Beneficial owners to their registered address appearing in the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners of the Company as on August 22, 2014 and also for the purpose of e-voting rights.
