NMDC LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

NMDC Ltd has informed BSE that in pursuance of the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of NMDC, the trading window shall remain closed from May 21, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>The trading window has been closed ahead of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, scheduled to be held on May 28, 2015, to consider and approve, inter alia, the following:-<BR><BR>1. To take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 and the financial year ended March 31, 2015;<BR><BR>2. To recommend the final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>During the closure of the trading window, Directors / Officers / Designated Employees and their relatives shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Companys shares, as per the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of NMDC.
