NMDC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.30 per equity share of Rs. 1/- in addition to the two interim dividends aggregating to Rs. 7.25 per equity share of Rs. 1/- already paid for the year 2014-15.
