NOCIL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved:<BR><BR>- Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and<BR>- Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.<BR><BR>The above Codes will be effective from May 15, 2015.
