Noesis Industries Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011, the 'trading window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors /officers /designated employees of the Company from May 22, 2015 to May 25, 2015 (both days inclusive).
