| Noesis Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for all directors /officers /designated employees of the Company from May 14, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) on account of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2016. | |
