Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2015, has approved an Interim Dividend of 10 % (Re. 1.00/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each) to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, for the Financial Year 2014- 2015.
