Sub : Change in Directorate and COmpliance Officer Kindly note that Ms. Monisha Macedo, Whole Time Director, has stopped working with the Company w.e.f. March 14, 2017. Accordingly, she ceases to be a Director, Key Managerial Personnel and Compliance Officer of the Company, w.e.f. March 14, 2017. Further, it may be noted that Ms. Pooja Agarwal, Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Compliance Officer for Corporate Disclosures. Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading stands amended to this effect. Amended Code has been uploaded on the Website of the Company.
