We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors, of the Company at its meeting held today, has approved the following changes in the composition of the Board of Directors, with immediate effect: Resignation of Mr. Harish Mathur, Executive Director & CEO and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, Nominee Director of IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited The Board has appointed Mr. Ajai Mathur, as the Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel, of the Company, for a period of 5 years w.e.f. March 9, 2017. In terms of Section 196 of the Companies Act, 2013, the terms and conditions of the appointment and the remuneration payable as approved by the Board, is subject to the approval of the Members at the next General Meeting of the Company.
