NRC Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial result of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Code of internal procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of Securities the Trading Window for Dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the directors / officers / Designated employee / group companies and their Immediate family member from the Start of business hour of August 05, 2015 to closure of business hour of August 14, 2015.
