NTC Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2015, and to recommend final dividend, if any, on equity shares for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from May 23, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days Inclusive).
