NTC Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from August 07, 2015 till the expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of board meeting i.e. August 16, 2015 (both days Inclusive).
