With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 29, 2014, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on May 29, 2014, <br/>NTC Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the point no. 2 in the said outcome with respect to appointment of Smt. Kusum Devi Dugar as the Non Executive Woman Director on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. June 01, 2014 was inadvertently shown and the same has not been taken into consideration by the board.
