NTPC Ltd has informed BSE that un-audited financial results of the Company for quarter and half-year ended on September 30, 2014 shall be considered, approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting scheduled to be held on October 31, 2014, after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board.<br/><br/>In this regard, the trading window of NTPC for designated employees shall remain closed from October 22, 2014 to November 02, 2014 (both days inclusive). During this period, Directors, Designated Employees and their dependants have been asked not to deal in the shares of NTPC.
