NTPC Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting for considering the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014 is scheduled to be held on July 31, 2014. The trading window of NTPC for designated employees shall remain closed from July 25, 2014 to August 2, 2014 (both days inclusive). During this period, Directors, Designated Employees and their dependants have been asked not to deal in the shares of NTPC.
