NTPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, have recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.75 per equity share for the financial year 2014-15, in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share for the financial year 2014-15 pad in February 2015.
