In terms of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at New Delhi on Monday, 13th November 2017 to, inter-alia, consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for quarter and half-year ended on September 30, 2017 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board. <BR> <BR> Further, Trading Window shall remain closed from November 6, 2017 to November 15, 2017 (both days inclusive) as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Dealing with Securities of NTPC Limited (Code). During the closure of Trading Window, Insiders have been advised not to deal in the shares of NTPC.<BR>
