Nu Tek India Ltd has informed BSE that trading window for dealing with the shares of Nu Tek India Limited by directors and designated employees including their relatives will remain closed with effect from August 02, 2014 till expiry of 24 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on August 13, 2014 in which the Board will consider and approve amongst other agenda items the Un-audited financial results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
