| Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is providing its members facility to exercise their right to vote in respect of the business to be transacted at the Twenty Fifth Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 08, 2014 at 11.30 a.m. by electronics means.<br/><br/>The Company has engaged the services of Karvy Computershare Private Limited (KCPL or Karvy) as the Authorised Agency to provide e- voting facilities.<br/><br/>The members of the Company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cutoff date i.e. June 06, 2014, may cast their vote electronically.<br/><br/>Further, the date of commencement of e-voting is from 10:00 a.m. (IST) on July 01, 2014 up to 5:30 p.m. (IST) on July 03, 2014. | |
