Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on October 27, 2015 for the following purposes:<BR><BR>- To take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>- To take on record the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading " of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from October 05, 2015 upto forty eight hours after the announcement of results to the Stock Exchanges.
