Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on August 02, 2014, for the following purposes:<br/><br/>- To take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30,2014;<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from June 15, 2014 upto twenty four hours after the announcement of results to the Stock Exchanges for all Directors and designated employees.
