Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors vide resolution passed at the Board meeting held on September 28, 2015, have appointed Mr. Ashish Nanda as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, a Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant Rules.<BR><BR>The appointment of Mr. Ashish Nanda as the Chief Financial Officer was recommended by the Audit Committee members in their respective meeting held on September 28, 2015.
