Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that in order to rationalize operations, the Company has closed down its Step - Down subsidiary by the name of "VirStra i-Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd." w.e.f. February 19, 2014.<br/><br/>The name of the Company has been struck off and published in the final gazette notification issued by Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, Singapore.
