Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2015, for the following purposes:<BR><BR>1. To take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015;<BR><BR>2. To take on record the un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from July 01, 2015 upto forty eight hours after the announcement of results to the Stock Exchanges.
