Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2016, have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 5.00/- (Rupees five) per share (@50%) of par value of Rs. 10/- each for financial year 2015-16.
