With reference to the Increase in Volume, Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"We wish to inform you, that there is no information/announcement withheld by the Company, including pending announcement, which may have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour in Nucleus Software Exports Ltd. scrip. Therefore currently there is nothing to disclose under the obligations of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.<BR><BR>The Company has strong disclosure standards and follows a policy of not commenting on market rumours."
