Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2016, inter alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>As per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window to deal in Company's securities shall remain closed during the period March 14, 2016 to March 18, 2016.
