OCL India Ltd has informed BSE that, with reference to the requirements of Regulation 8 (Code of Fair Disclosure) and Regulation 9 (Code of Conduct) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company confirms that :<BR><BR>1. The Company have formulated Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, 2015; and<BR><BR>2. The Company have formulated Code of Conduct for Insider Trading, 2015.<BR><BR>The above Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct have been adopted by the Board at its Meeting held on May 11, 2015, making them effective from May 15, 2015.
