| Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Govt of India vide letter dated August 26, 2014, has appointed Shri N K Verma, Director (Exploration), ONGC to the post of Managing Director, ONGC Videsh Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of ONGC. Consequently, Shri N K Verma has relinquished the charge of the post of Director (Exploration), ONGC on August 27, 2014 (F.N.). | |
