Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of clause 7.3 of Company's Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with the Securities of ONGC, "Trading Window" shall be closed from March 11, 2014 to March 25, 2014 (Both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on March 24, 2014 inter alia to consider payment of second Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2013-14.
