| Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on <BR>November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2015 and also to consider payment of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of clause 10.1 of Companys Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with the Securities of ONGC [which is in line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015] "Trading Window" shall be closed from October 29, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (Both days inclusive), in view of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Result for the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2015 as well as to consider Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-16. | |
