| With reference to the earlier letter dated November 23, 2015, intimating appointment of Shri. Ajai Malhotra, Prof. Shireesh Balwant Kedare and Shri. K. M. Padmanabhan as Independent Directors on the Board of the Company with effect from November 20, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that as per disclosure received by ONGC in terms of clause 12.1(a) of the code of internal procedures and conduct for prohibition of insider trading in dealing with the securities of ONGC, as on November 20, 2015 i.e date of appointment on the Board of ONGC as Independent Director,<BR><BR>1. Shri. Ajai Malhotra and his dependents hold 1,100 equity shares of ONGC;<BR><BR>2. Prof. Shireesh Balwant Kedare and his dependents do not hold any equity shares of ONGC and <BR><BR>3. Shri K. M. Padmanabhan and his dependents do not hold any equity shares of ONGC. | |
