Oil India Ltd has informed BSE that Comptroller and Auditor General of India vide its Letter dated June 30, 2015 has appointed M/s A.K.Sabat & Co. and M/s N.C.Banerjee & Co. as the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company (FY 2015-16) vide M/s Saha Ganguli & Associates and M/s. B.M.Chatrath & Co.
