Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2014 to September 24, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 24, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company has entered into an agreement with the Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) to provide the e-voting facility to the shareholders of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, the date of commencement of e-voting is September 18, 2014 (9:30 AM) and the last date for e-voting is September 20, 2014 (5:30 PM).
